The customer undertakes to keep the information provided to VegStyle, in particular their contact information and payment information, up-to-date.

VegStyle is entitled, but not obliged, to check whether the content of profiles, including uploaded photos, is compatible with general laws, with these General Terms and Conditions and with the rules described by VegStyle on the relevant websites / applications and, if necessary, to reject, change or even delete.

(2) The customer undertakes not to provide information unless this information is explicitly requested from him. This applies in particular to name, residential address, e-mail and Internet address, telephone and fax numbers.

(3) The customer is obliged to handle data (in particular names, residential addresses, e-mail and internet addresses, telephone and fax numbers), e-mails and other messages and communications of other customers of VegStyle, which they receive in connection with the use of the company's services VegStyle, confidentially and not to disclose them to third parties without the consent of their originator. The transfer of any data to non-customers within the scope of VegStyle's services is prohibited.

(4) The customer assures that he has no commercial intentions and will not use the data of third parties entrusted to him for commercial purposes or in violation of the contract. The customer undertakes not to send messages to other customers of VegStyle for purposes other than personal communication, in particular to promote or advertise goods or services. In addition, the customer undertakes not to send out so-called "chain letters" etc.

(5) The customer undertakes not to abuse VegStyle's services, especially not to use VegStyle's services to spread defamatory, indecent

(a) pornographic or other illegal material;

(b) to threaten, harass or violate the rights of others;

(c) to promise or solicit money or non-monetary benefits;

(6) The customer further commits that

1. will not place any data containing viruses (infected software) on the VegStyle Site;
2. will not place on the VegStyle site data containing software or other material protected by copyright or industrial property rights, unless the customer is the owner of the relevant rights or has received the necessary consent of the owner of the rights to use such software or material;
3. will not use VegStyle's services in such a way as to negatively affect the availability of VegStyle's offerings to other customers;
4. it won't hold back emails and won't even try to.

(7) Failure to comply with any of the customer's obligations listed in paragraphs 1 to 5 may lead to the termination of the contractual relationship by VegStyle, in connection with the immediate blocking of access to VegStyle services. Any claim of VegStyle to payment to the customer remains unaffected by this (see also "2. Use of VegStyle's services and conclusion of the contract" in detail, paragraph 6). In addition, VegStyle reserves the right to take civil and/or criminal action against the customer.

Do not submit any ideas, inventions, copyrighted works, or other information that may be considered your own intellectual property that you would like to present to us unless we have previously signed an intellectual property or nondisclosure agreement. If you disclose it to us without such a written agreement, you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, store, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your content in any existing or future media.

We may, in our sole discretion, modify or temporarily or permanently suspend access to the Website or any service on it at any time.
